Traditional favorites will include oven-roasted turkey, brown sugar glazed ham, roasted fall vegetables, green bean, onion and bacon casserole, and sweet potato casserole. Other selections include a made-to-order omelet and Belgian waffle stations, 

fresh fruit, a selection of Artisan cheeses, and a medley of roasted fall vegetables. The brunch will also feature, vermouth sauce braised short ribs, truffled polenta and mushrooms, slow-roasted prime rib of beef, and a full dessert station for people of all ages at the place of Florida vacations.
